VulcanGuard began with a simple observation: many existing facilities already have states and signals, but they are not visible. Doors, gates, cooling areas and conveyor systems work every day. But often nobody can see at a glance whether everything is within range, whether something is open, whether a deviation is developing or whether a problem is only noticed when someone starts searching.
“VulcanGuard was not born in a lab, but from the everyday reality of existing facilities — from the simple observation that technical states are often present, but not visible.”
Why VulcanGuard?
The idea came from recurring practical questions: Can this be simpler? Can existing systems become visible without rebuilding them? How can operators see whether doors, gates, cooling points or technical contacts are in their expected state?
VulcanGuard connects simple signals with clear evaluation. HJÄRTA captures states in the field. VAKTEN turns them into understandable information: visible, traceable and without interfering with existing safety functions.
For existing and new systems
The approach is built especially for operators of existing facilities, facility management, technical services, installers and manufacturers. Existing systems do not need to become more complicated to become more understandable. Often a contact, a sensor and a clear evaluation are enough.
The concept can also be integrated into new systems: as an additional visibility layer, as a simpler operating level or as a manufacturer-independent information layer.
Cooperation, white-label and investment
VulcanGuard is privately built and protected as a brand. The concept is open to targeted cooperation and white-label projects when they create clear practical value for operators, manufacturers or installers.

HJÄRTA sees. VAKTEN understands.
A question mark inside an existing facility becomes a clear statement. That is what VulcanGuard is built for.
