What VAKTEN makes visible
Stop searching. Simply see.
The following views show typical application scenarios. VAKTEN reveals what often stays hidden in operation – clear, reduced and instantly understandable.
HJÄRTA captures signals in the field. VAKTEN turns them into clarity: state, history, inspection log and actionable insight – at a glance.
What VAKTEN makes visible
The following views show typical application scenarios. VAKTEN reveals what often stays hidden in operation – clear, reduced and instantly understandable.
Report view
Report shows multiple HJÄRTA modules, units, target/actual states, deadlines, notices and required action – including PDF and CSV export.
Single view
A unit is the object VAKTEN observes: a door, a gate, a cold-chain point or a closing zone. In the single view, the mode, expected state and reminders are defined – for example for deviations, inspections or maintenance.
Operating modes
VAKTEN evaluates different technical situations and provides three functions for them:
One light barrier connected to HJÄRTA is enough to make simple conveyor lines visible.
VAKTEN recognises which state matches the time: open during operation, closed after hours. In this example, exactly that change can be simulated – including target/actual deviation, reminder and cycles.
OPEN CLOSED DOOR OPEN CLOSED Open door Close door off Reminder in matches the target state deviation detected End shift Start operationPrinciple
VulcanGuard connects simple signals from existing systems with operational clarity: visible, traceable, verifiable.
